Wow! Being that this was our first time in Dayton, Nicole’s home made our experience amazing! The neighborhood is so special, like it’s out of a storybook—we felt very safe. A short 2 minute walk is a delicious breakfast spot and a cat cafe! Inside, the house was clean and the beds comfy. A beautiful stay! When back in town, we’d stay here again!

We booked Nicole’s place at the last minute and we were so happy we did. It is such a cute area with beautiful homes. Nicole’s home is so charming with so much character. Also if you do go check out the 5th Street Brewpub around the corner. Really cute with great food and service. Nicole was even flexible with our check out time which was really nice of her. We will definitely be back if we are in the area again. Thanks for letting us stay at your quaint home!

Lovely location with plenty of fantastic dining and drinks options nearby. Was a super clean and comfortable stay, check in/out was easy, and the neighborhood peaceful. Honestly had no idea Dayton’s food scene had gotten this good. Check out Joui if you get a chance. Would definitely stay again. It’s the perfect spot to work from for longer visits.

I was going through a difficult time when I stayed at Nicole's place. The home was beautifully appointed, the beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was quaint and historic, and the area was centrally located. Nicole was extremely helpful and welcoming. I plan to return to Dayton in the near future and, if possible, will stay at this home.

The home was clean, comfortable and thoughtfully curated. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located near all the major Dayton roadways. We had access to everything we needed during the stay, and more: — nearby parking as we found a spot directly in front each day — cold fridge + hot shower — a great night’s sleep // comfy bed, ceiling fan, and room-darkening shades (the trifecta!) — walkable breakfast/brunch at the ugly duckling — a super communicative host that’s already thought of everything We can’t wait to stay at “the blue house” again. 🩵

Nicole is a fantastic host. She promptly responded to any questions I had and provided helpful recommendations. Her place is a gem. I am a host and am quite picky myself with cleanliness and quality. She absolutely earns the 5 star review I have given. Her home has so much character and class it was a real treat to stay there. She has so many nice touches and has thought of everything. I especially loved the live plants, eclectic mid century furnishings paired with unique art. It creates such great vibe. High quality linens were provided and appreciated! The bed was very comfortable also appreciated. The freshly ground coffee delish. The neighborhood was lovely to walk through and see all of the differnt houses, it felt very safe. The house was a wonderful respite to come home too on our trip. I cannot say enough good about it. I loved our stay! ❤️

My family of three loved our stay at Nicole’s rental while visiting family and friends in Dayton. The rental is in a beautiful historic home with all the necessary updates, while still maintaining its charm. The location was a close drive to everything downtown and also walkable to some great spots in St. Anne’s Hill and only a bit further to the Oregon District. We would highly recommend Nicole’s rental and we hope to stay here again.
