This is a great spot in Dayton, close to mid-town, close to decent restaurants and bars. The house itself was updated, comfortable, well-styled, and designed well. Stairs to the second floor are steep, it is an older home, might be hard for anyone with mobility issues, but the hand rail is solid. Communication with host was clear, responsive, and helpful. Highly recommend this base of operation if you’re needing to visit Dayton.

Nicole’s space is beautiful and thoughtfully curated. It’s walkable to the Oregon district, easy to park, and beds are extremely comfortable. Nicole is a wonderful and responsive host who accommodated me last minute when I was in a pinch. Can’t recommend enough and I will be back.

Had a wonderful stay for over a week at Nicole’s place! It’s in such a cute neighborhood, very clean, and well stocked. Nicole was also very responsive when I asked any questions and made sure everything was perfect. Would stay again!

Charming, cozy, and peaceful place to stay. This old house has wonderful character and is beautifully decorated while still feeling comfortable and inviting, like home. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable, and the hot water and pressure were great. We also appreciated the space heaters in each room during the winter. The books, artwork, and even the working antique stove added to the charm. A perfect spot to relax and enjoy some quiet time to unwind.

Beautiful property! Exceptionally clean, comfortable, and accommodating. It felt like home! Our host was responsive, proactive, and she genuinely cared that we were well taken care of. To top it off, the location made the stay even better. We had fun exploring the eclectic neighborhood. A close walk to food, drinks, and lots of fun! Highly recommended!

Awesome historic home, tastefully finished in a convenient part of town. The host was by far the most helpful and genuine that I've encountered in nearly 2 decades of renting. The home felt like a home and had everything needed and was accurately described, making it a place I'll not only return to, but recommend to others.

The house was great! Rented it for my family and the beds were comfortable and the rooms were large. The couch was very comfortable in the main sitting area and first floor was very spacious to have your own space. Highly recommend !
